Hello,

I'm interested in the questions:

Do you use OCX's to improve the application look and fell?

If yes what kind of ocx's and from what company are these OCX's?

Kind Regards

Hi Ulf,

We have used OCX's in our software for many years. We current use a company called DBI Technologies (Just google "DBI tech" to find their website).

You can buy a whole host of OCX's from them to develop with, and distribution to the customers is complete free (i.e. they do not have to pay anything, and we do not need to pay extra), under the development license, and the costs are quite good too!

They are very good, full of functionality, and not very difficult to use. They can be used with many programming languages (I believe), although we only use them with Progress/OE.

Hope this answers your question?
