in the past days i notice that i may not doing this!
If this is called and the message prefetch has default (3) then one messages is consumed in 5 will be lost!
So it's a bad idea to try consuming one message this way ;-)
If somebody thinks that they will be recovered after disconnect: No, it isn't.
I proposed PSC to change the docs and add this as warning!
