Windows Explorer Bar

I am struggling to find an equivalent to an activeX control that I have.

I am currently using several CodeJock Explorer Bars in a window that have multiple groups and multiple items per group. (Codejock do not yet have .net component)

With the activeX I can select multiple items in a group and drag them to another group or another explorerbar.

The infragistics control looks better, but I cannot seem to be able to select multiple items nor drag an item into another explorerbar.

Does anyone know of a similar control that provides the features I need ?

Did you try to embed a list view to a page in the ultra explorer bar?

You can change the style of groups to 'Control container', which lets you put any kind of control as a group.

"ControlContainer -- The Group's Items (if any) are not displayed, and instead an UltraExplorerBarContainerControl is automatically placed in the Group. This enables the Group to host any .NET WinForms control. " (from the online help at http://help.infragistics.com/NetAdvantage/NET/2008.1)

That's exactly, what I meant. And I don't see a reason why that should not work. It might have a slightly different look (and feel), but at least multiselection and cross-crontrol d&d works.

I thought, I just ask if Julian tried that already before I write that novell
