A lot of the existing code seems to be formatted with a four space indent, but I prefer a two space indent. I have set this in preferences and it works fine for any new code or code I cut and paste, but nothing fixes all the pre-existing code. Is there any option for that somewhere?
Select all (CTRL-A) then CTRL-I (Correct Indentation; there's a context menu option under Source for this too).

Guess we've got a bug, then, since the 4 space indentions are not corrected.
I replied on this earlier, you need to remove the tabs.
