Adding new controls to toolbox (Component One)

We have some Component One controls, which we initially used the Active X components with 10.1. They also come along with the equivalent .NET based components, which we'd like to trial and compare with the Infragistics ones.

However, when trying to add any of the controls to the toolbox, we get the following error:

"The assembly or one of its dependencies could not be loaded"

This errors appears when trying to load a dll or exe.

Is there something basic we've done incorrectly - anyone else used Component One controls with the 10.2 ?
