Does anyone know how to Ngen (.NET Framework version 2) Progress.clrbridge.dll? I can't seem to figure the correct command-line syntax. It is dependent on Progress.NetUI.dll and Progress.Messages.dll which are located in 2 different folders. It works fine if I first copy Progress.Messages.dll to the bin folder; however, I'm trying to avoid that since I might forget to remove it.
