Is there a way to use a custom message-box for run-time erro

I have a doubtful feeling about this question, but I'm going to ask anyway. Is there a way to replace the run-time message-box with a custom message-box?

If you CATCH all errors, you can have your own message dialog. But there is no way to replace the default message dialog or the look of the MESSAGE statement.

Well the catch is, if there is way to catch all possible failure points.
