Hi all,
Got one for the weekend.
We have a WinGrid deployed at our customer and at that site the user cannot use CTRL in the WinGrid, selecting multiple rows.
However, if we log in at the same server, same version, we do CAN use CTRL and select two lines or more.
The correct property was set: THIS-OBJECT:ultraGridTrips:DisplayLayout:Override:SelectTypeRow = Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGrid.SelectType:Extended.
We both use Remote Desktop to start working on the application.
Anybody with the same experience?!
PS. CTRL key is working properly in i.e. Windows explorer

Ask the user to verify the Keyboard setting of the RDP session.I think the setting should be;RDP -> Show Options -> Local Resources -> Keyboard = On this computer. Also, we found that some USB connected monitors interfere with the Keyboard.
