uninstall progress openedge 11.1

getting cannot continue uninstallation because these processes are busy??

C:\Progress\OpenEdge\bin\procfg.dll
C:\Progress\OpenEdge\bin\environ.dll
C:\Progress\OpenEdge\bin\pphelper.dll

Make sure the AdminService is stopped - if still having issue - Change AdminService start option to manual, restart/reboot the PC/Server. Try to uninstall again.
