dbanalys show table in incorrect area

Posted by claudemir_santos on 09-Sep-2016 15:25

good afternoon
I ran the dbanalys and this showed me that the table was in the area "Schema Area", but when trying to run this tablemove Tabea occurred error saying that the table was already in the target area.
Looking at the data dictionary it really is in another area and not in the area schema.
For this table had already accomplished one tablemove, and the bank had not yet been stopped, thought to be a problem, I restored a backup and the error was the same.
What can it be?

Progress 11.5.1, 64-bit Linux

sorry for bad english

When did you create the dbanalys file? How did you create it? Are you able to post the dbanalys?

Hello James, the dbanalys showed

RECORD BLOCK SUMMARY FOR AREA "Schema Area": 6
-------------------------------------------------- -----

RECORD FOR SHARED BLOCK SUMMARY TABLES
--------------------------------------------

Table                      Records  Size    Max Min  Mean Count  Factor Factor
PUB.docto-revis-CTAs-comp  3207333  375.7M  105 2136 122  3207475  1.0   3.8

However when running the command

proutil srmov -C tablemove docto-revis-tmp-comp dados64 indices64

He returned to the table was already in the area dados64, looking in the dictionary, it really is in the area dados64.
But dbanalys showed the area schema.

Either you are mixing and matching databases/output files or you have a very interesting bug to report.

Double check that you are looking at a current dbanalys for that same database. If this is really happening I would open a support call really soon.

That's 2 different tables here.

dbanalys says: docto-revis-CTAs-comp

but you are moving: docto-revis-tmp-comp

Sorry ,
An error occurred while copying table name (it has more than 4000 tables in the db).
But really the error occurs, and more than one table.
But I have a new point, this table has already been moved by a previous tablemove.
Originally was in the Schema area, was moved to the area dados64, however still appears in the Schema dbanalys Area.
