ODBC connection using 10.2B driver

Hello,

I have setup ODBC connection using 10.2B odbc driver to connect to 10.2B progress database. When i try to connect to this ODBC connection i am getting below error message.

ERROR [HYC00] [DataDirect][ODBC Progress OpenEdge Wire Protocol driver]Optional feature not implemented.

ERROR [HY000] [DataDirect][ODBC Progress OpenEdge Wire Protocol driver][OPENEDGE]Broker rejects connection.

ERROR [IM006] [DataDirect][ODBC Progress OpenEdge Wire Protocol driver]Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed. 

Could you please assist on this issue.

This is just a guess but it sounds like you are connecting to a -ServerType 4GL broker port.

And if that is the case set up a secondary SQL only broker. Don't change the current one to both.
