Thanks for the whitepaper Brian. A very honest assessment of how partitioning works with the majority of ABL/4GL code.

Has PSC considered implementing hash partitioning? Hashing is typically implemented on other databases when insert concurrency is the primary issue. You can get some rather ridiculous improvements for block bottlenecks.
