proutil -C holder - DB is in use

Posted by James Palmer on 13-Jun-2015 03:03

In the process of upgrading to 11.5 and my script to monitor AI status isn't working anymore. It first checks what the status of the db is using proutil <db> -C holder. This is now returning

OpenEdge Release 11.5 as of Fri Dec 5 19:02:15 EST 2014
** The database icmasliv is in use in multi-user mode. (276)

Rather than a return code. Any ideas?
