how can we import active directory users of our domain into openedge database 11.3 . or take windows authentication for ex , whenever starting windows with the domain 's user , the openedge database consider that user who is allowed to access the database .

I'm far from being a DB expert but I just quickly ran a search in our Community and found that we have a Registering Trusted Domains functionality. It may do the trick... For more about it please check this link
You may also look into Admin ->Security -> Authentication System Maintenance -> Authentication System Domains
Admin ->Database Options ->Security Options
But this is mostly for auditing though .. not sure it's relevant when auditing (client-principal etc) are not in place ...
