If you are interested in filtering community.progress.com emails to a folder but don't know how to do it with Outlook, here are the steps to filter all community.progress.com emails to a new or existing folder:
Outlook -> Tools -> Rules and Alerts... -> E-mail Rule...tab -> New Rule...
Select "Check messages when they arrive" under "Start from a blank rule" in Step 1 -> Next
Check the box for "with specific words in the sender's address" in Step 1
Click "specific words" in Step 2
Type in the top box: community.progress.com, Add, and then OK -> Next
Check the first box for "move it to the specific folder" in Step 1
Click specified folder in Step 2
Click the button New... to create a new folder or
Choose an existing folder you want to use and then OK and OK -> Next
Select any exceptions you want to apply (I did not check any) -> Next
Give a name for the new rule. I used CommunityProgress in Step 1
Check the box for "Run this rule now on messages already in Inbox", if you want
Finish
Enjoy!

Yeah it's a good tip. Although in Exchange this will create a client side rule (as the rules can't be evaluated on the server). In order to have a server rule (so it puts them in the folder before they arrive) you will need to specify exact addresses rather than "contains".
