OE Replication dsrutil Bug?

Replicating to two targets

 If I shutdown one of the target DBs, dsrutil db -C status -detail on the source gives me the following:

dsrutil src -C status -detail
6021 # Normal Processing

dsrutil src -C status agent1
2199 # 2xxx for Control agent + 199 for Inactive

dsrutil src -C status agent1 -detail
1038 # Agent is terminated

dsrutil src -C status agent2
2199 # 2xxx for Control agent + 199 for Inactive WRONG!!!

dsrutil src -C status agent2 -detail
1038 # Agent is terminated   WRONG!!!

just wondering - do you get the same result if you reverse them and shut down the other target?

Worse.  It shows 3049: Normal Processing for both agents when I shut the other target!
