Our database have 35% idle user how to disconnect them

What do you mean 35% idle user? How are you identifying the idle user(s)?

Generally speaking and in my humble opinion the best practice is to leave idle users alone. Since they are idle they are generally not doing any harm.

As soon as you start disconnecting idle users you expose yourself to a lot of potential problems. As they say -- if ain't broke, don't fix it.
