What is the Message number 15193 and 15743?

In database log file i see next messages:

BROKER  0: (-----) Message number 15193 does not exist in promsgs file

BROKER  0: (-----) Unable to format message number 15193

BROKER  0: (-----) Message number 15743 does not exist in promsgs file

BROKER  0: (-----) Unable to format message number 15743

What is it and why?

Normally messages like these means you have the PROMSGS environment variable pointing at an old version of the promsgs file..

15193: The normal shutdown of the database will continue for if required (15193).

15743: Before Image Log Completion at Block Offset .(15743)
