Posted by Valeriy Bashkatov on 07-Jun-2010 08:48

Hello,

In 10.2B01 i see following error when define shared stream in Procedure Editor:

  • Start Procedure Editor (without database):

mpro

  • write to the editor :

DEFINE SHARED STREAM s1.

  • enter F1

  • I see:

/home/valeriy/p99019_Untitled1.ped Shared stream s1 not defined yet. (567)

SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49)

** Save file named core for analysis by Progress Software Corporation. (439)

  • After this session ends. Control is passed to the command line.

In 10.2B without SP01 control is passed to the Procedure Editor without error of Memory violation.

This is a BUG in SP01 ?

The same thing happens on the GUI client. Have you reported it to TS?
