Failed to open file protrace errno 13

Our client in an open session of the Progress message appears:

Failed to open file protrace.5776 errno 13 (1263)

This session has not been used about 15-20 minutes.

At this time, the user is in the application menu.

Neither any programs except the menu has not been started at this time.

In the log database, I did not find any suspicious messages.
