Look this situation with a database, randomly when I try connect to DB with command "connect" inside from 4GL program the return to application have delay.
When it occur, the application waiting return the connection but on database log and VST tables the connection was registrated immediately after command connect run and the application just have cursor avaliable after in rate 7 minutes.
What may be happening?
