_dbutil.exe has stopped working (even after server restart)

Hi there, as the subject line says, I got the error during an idxbuild command (see below). Something about memory problem. When I try again I get same error ("_dbutil.exe has stopped working") in a windows dialog box.

When this occurred in the past it was due to an out of disk space error.

The location of your temporary file used by index rebuild is full.

You can change its location with the -T parameter.

Yes, actually there was limited space on the C drive. So I freed up what should be enough space then reran the command below. Then I got a Windows box saying "_dbutil.exe has stopped working".

proenv>proutil pasportTST1 -C idxbuild all inactiveindexes

Index reconstruction resumes. (2747)

Previous index rebuild was interrupted. This is a new try.
