Is the PNS down? My mobile apps we have been testing with can no longer register with the server. If I go to the mobile app dashboard..databases..devices..it says loading collection list.
If I let it sit long enough I get the following error;
Read operation to server mongo2-int.appdesigner.rollbase.com/10.230.68.155:27017 failed on database 54381956e4b0a98f43714d5b
This issue has been reported to our DevOps team. They are currently investigating. Thanks, Roger, for reporting the issue.
It appears to be resolved. Why does this keep occurring? These are production servers are they not? This is the third time in a month this has happened.
