Only the default OE Web Server can be started.

Just upgraded to HOTFIX 11.3.2

Error while trying to start OE WEB server:

admserv.log:

[8/20/14 3:51:05 PM] [3] [AppServer REST Adapter]   Connection failure with Rest Manager at http://localhost:8980/oerm during get statistics request, exception: The http protocol connection failed: ConnectException: Connection refused: connect (9990) (16935)

Hi,

Can you please check whether the admin service (11.3.2) is running properly. Also, can you please check if you are able to start the OE Webserver properly from the command line (proenv> protc start).

Note: Starting OE Webserver from the PDS OE requires admin service to be started (or up and running properly). However, starting from command line do not require admin service to up and running.
