App Builder not responding

Hi There 

when I try go into my app builder I get redirected to this page, http://www.progress.com/openedge-mobile. There is an update that i need apparently but when i go to the download link, there are no downloads available. 

Can anyone assist me with this.

You can directly visit appdesigner.rollbase.com instead of mobile.progress.com now.

What about Mac users? I dont have Progress installed on the Mac side and connect directly to OEMobile using project.progress.com. How do I now use OEMobile?

Once you login to Download Centre, please click on "Product Search" and search for 11.3.2.016 if you are using 11.3 or 11.2.1.027 if you are using 11.2.1. Sorry for not clear in the details.Once you install this patch, you should be able to connect to new App Builder.

Hi mflanegan,
 
Now mobile.progress.com is moved to appdesigner.rollbase.com. In order to work with previous releases of PDS OE (11.2.x or 11.3.x), user need to apply patch on top of it. User can download this patch from ESD center. When user click on any link (say Progress Download Center Hotfix) in https://secure.progress.com/auth/esd page, user will be navigated to another page where he/she has to provided PDSN credentials then another page (https://secure.progress.com/auth/esd ) opens. From this page user has to go to the following links steps by step to download the patch:

1.       Click on Download center link

2.       Select Progress OpenEdge as product from Products list in https://progress.subscribenet.com/control/prgs/index

3.       If you are on 11.3.x version of PDS OE, click on Progress OpenEdge 11.3.x link

4.       Click on Progress OpenEdge 11.3 Hot Fixes link at bottom of the page from “New Releases”

5.       Wait for some time to load all the available hot fixes to load. After that click on OpenEdge.11.3.2.016 hot fix (users can choose 32-bit or 64-bit depends on existing PDS OE in their machines)

 
Follow the instructions on how to apply hot fix from “PROGRESS_OPENEDGE_11.3.2.016_README.txt” file in Hot fix zip file.

I have tried your steps but when I get to selecting Progress OpenEdge as a product from the Products list, I get this error message. “No software is currently associated with your Download Center account.”.

Seems you don’t have permissions to download from ESD location. Can you please contact our support, they can help you on this.
