How to build a Mobile Phone App from the Phone App template

This document provides first time users a guide for creating a project in the Mobile App Builder based upon the Phone App template. The Phone App template is blank and requires you to create your app entirely from scratch.  Starting with an empty template, this document provides all the instructions necessary to build a sample phone app. Also, included is an example of using the login/logout services as well as the JSDO services.
