How to work with OE Mobile Builder in the team?

How to control the development of the team in OE Mobile Builder? For example, if one developer edits the page, but this time another developer tries to do the same, what happens?

I actually asked a similar question a while ago (before the new Communities) - and did not get any replies ;-)

It would still be interesting to hear how PSC sees working in teams on something like OEMobile backends. One of the challenges is that the tools in PDSOE are very local Eclipse project centric. Which means it is effectively difficult for multiple people to work on the backend of a mobile project at the same time.
