I'm working through the Tiggzi examples, and I've run into some bumps along the way. Tiggzi support's gotten me through them, however I was wondering if that's the appropriate venue, or if I should be communicating with someone at PSC about issues when I run into them?
I have found Tiggzi support to be very helpful...not sure if we should be going through PTS first.

I've found them helpful too. I'm thinking that going through PSC TS would give them some metrics to track on how Tiggzi is doing, issues they have, and the like.
