We apparently need the report id to run queries directly against RightNow reports, but it is not apparent where to get these. The documentation suggests to run SQLCatalog, but it doesn't say how to run it. How do I run SQLCatalog against the OracleServiceCloud, or is there another easier method to get the report id (without having to log in to RightNow).
