Hi,
DataDirect Performance Wizard cannot be run at Chrome and Firefox as these browsers are no longer supporting Java Applet.
When trying to use IE, the performance wizard still cannot run as the application is blocked by Java security. The version of IE is IE 11 and Java version is JRE 8.
May I know the correct procedure on running DataDirect Performance Wizard?

Chrome and Firefox is not support Java.
You should use Firefox ESR ([View:https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/:550:50]) to support Java.
You need configure security in Java 8 below:
Start -> Control Panel -> Java
In Security tab,
1. Click to enable java content in the browser
2. Choose High in security level.
3. Enter address in exception site list. (Click to Edit site list, add your address in list).

Hi Tri,
I have tried to add the following to the Java security site exception list. I would like to run the DataDirect ODBC Performance Wizard installed at my machine.
file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Progress/DataDirect/Connect_for_ODBC_71/wizards/index.html
But it doesn't work. Could you please advise what I should use if the exception site is a local HTML?
