Data showing as '#Deleted' in Access 2013 wi

Data is showing as '#Deleted' when querying a linked table (from DataDirect ODBC for Oracle Service Cloud) in Access 2013.

Using a pass-through query seems to work but is anyone else able to use the native table/query format in Access successfully? Thanks, David

Hi David,

Please set the following in the Extended Options field in the Advanced tab.

WorkArounds=16777216;WorkArounds2=8192

Rashmi

David,

Take a look at this KB article.

knowledgebase.progress.com/.../9679

It specifically mentions the SalesForce driver but I believe the settings that it references are available in all of the Connect drivers.

Hi Bruce/Rashmi - thanks for your help. I had the WorkArounds2 value already in place. I have added the other value but the data still shows as [tag:deleted]. Any other suggestions? Thanks. David

Could you please check this link support.microsoft.com/.../128809

One of the resolution mentioned is to use the pass through mode. You already mentioned that things are fine with pass through mode.

~JK
