Corticon on AIX

Posted by Gertjan Hendriks on 04-Feb-2016 09:14

Does anyone have any experience on installing Corticon Server on IBM AIX? Will an installation of Tomcat 7 on AIX with the axis.war do the trick, or is it (a lot) more difficult than that? Any insight will be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello Gertjan,

The installation steps for Corticon Server axis.war on a supported application server in AIX is no different from how it is done on RHEL /CENTOS/ HP-UX/Windows

If Tomcat is your preferred application server, first install Apache Tomcat on AIX and then use the steps to deploy axis.war on Tomcat server.

Corticon Server was certified with AIX 7 .1 with the supported Application Server.
