More issues with SQL driver?

The Vocabulary for a MSSQL 2012 database is simple.  Just one table and a three fields with 22 records.   Mappings are validated.  When a Ruletest is run using a simple Ruleset, no values are returned (the testsheet is set to return all entities).

The same Ruleset works with when an OpenEdge database with the same fields and records.   

I also have no problems access the database and table values via SQLServer Data Tools and DBVisualizer.

Please check the following:

- The db rows are populated with proper values.

- If not then you may have to first run the Tester by setting the Testsheet to Database Access > Read/ Update mode to first populate the table.

-  Also, ensure that the Rulesheet is set to "Extend To Database" mode within the Scope section.
