SQL

if I have customer's information in a table and I want to select one customer from the table using SQL and I want pass those details to a resheet and while processing I want select set rows for the that customer from another table using SQL and use it in the rulesheet. Please give me the instructions

 and please give the instructions for how the looping is performed in the rulesheet like looping those selected set of rows
