We ship MultiBP Server utility tool with in the product. The utility is located under <DLC>\oebpm\server\MultiBPServer-tool location.
After extracting the utility zip file, there is a Readme, which depicts the detailed steps to create Multiple Business Process Server instances.

We give it as a separate utility to customers on demand.Can you please contact the Progress TechSupport folks for the utility.
