If you reinstall a bizLogic process you lose all the completed process history(dataslot values).
Is it possible to restore this data or is all of the data gone?

Unfortunately, there is no appraoch to restore the data. However, you may check the Bizevent table for all the Events that has got fired accross all its execution. Here , I belive you can find out the dataslot values from the events.
