Calculated fields
do NOT work in Version 2.0a in a dynamic SDO, you will have to use a static
SDO.
Apparently they
will work in the next service pack ??!?!?!
The 'Calculated field' button in the column editor
for the DynSDO is disabled (I suppose this is because the logic now belongs
in the logic procedure of the DynSDO). Is there a
standard/simple method of adding/defining calculated fields to dynamic
SDO's in Version 2.0a.
