Yes, we have Dynamics 2 running with AppServer. Note that some managers were added between 1 and 2 so make sure that your xml file has all the new managers.

Have you got any other messages in the server.log? Maybe set your Error Log to Verbose for more information.

Getting the error Startup Procedure Failed error message.

No further clues from the log files, and all paths look ok, and work fine

on a Dynamics 1 system.
