I am looking for the setup documentation of Dynamics V2.

- I have downloaded the latest baseline.

- I generated the R-code using Cygwin and the pbuild script.

But how do I correctly setup:

- database(s)

- config files.

I was looking for an installation guide but could not find one on the POSSE site.
